Southbrook Organic Wild Fermented

This sparkling cider from Niagara is a medium amber colour with a dry old apple bouquet. Taste is initially quite dry and old apple with an astringency. Surprisingly, a little drier than I like. 6.5% ABV. My rating 7/10.

Medium yellow colour with a medium strength old apple bouquet. Taste is just off-dry with an old apple taste. Good body. 6.0% ABV. My rating 7.5/10.

No Boats on Sunday Hopped

From Grimsby, Ontario comes this hopped cider. I usually don't care for the hopped ciders I've had in the past, but this one is the best that I've tried. Very pale yellow colour like a perry. Bouquet is very light green apple/perry. Initial taste is light green apple and sweetness with a slight artificial apple after-taste. Refreshing if sweeter than I usually like. 5.0% ABV. My rating 7/10.
