From Northumberland COunty, Ontario comes this premium (according to them) cider. Very pale yellow colour with a slightly astringent tart apple bouquet. Taste is initially tart with light apple flavour. Finishes lightly astringent with a lingering light apple. 5.5% ABV. My rating 6.10.
