Willie Smith’s is a large cider maker in Tasmania making a wide range of ciders, pure apple as well as flavored. I tried three: Gold, Organic and Bone Dry. Gold is made from Royal Gala, Pink Lady and Southern Bliss apples. Organic and Bone Dry are made from Royal Gala, Pink Lady and Fuji apples.
Gold 3.5% ABV.
Organic 5.0% ABV.
Bone Dry 6.5% ABV.
